Marc Matthew FIMI
Chairman Retail Automotive Alliance Limited
 Marc is the Executive Chairman and owner of Lifestyle Europe Limited which was formed in May 2001 through a management buy out (MBO). Marc's £100 million turnover multi-franchise group operates eight dealerships throughout Southern England.
Marc is an established and respected industry owner-driver and prior to the MBO
successfully ran the Ford franchise division of a top 10 large dealer group.
Marc has 24 years experience within the industry which has given him an insight
into all areas of the retail motor business. He is an Executive Director of the
Institute of Motor Industry Limited which is the leading edge driver of training
standards, competencies, recognition and awareness incorporating the Government
lead Automotive Skills development strategy. At the IMI he is also the Chairman
of the Audit and Remuneration Committee. Marc is a member of the prestigious
industry leader Automotive Fellowship International Limited chaired by Ron
Sewell.
Paul Knight
CEO Retail Automotive Alliance Limited
Paul has 37 years experience within the industry. The major part of his career was with Ford Motor Company in their finance department. He worked with many different functional areas within the Company including Product Development, Sales and Marketing, and Manufacturing. His last two assignments prior to retiring from Ford in December 2002, were as the Finance Director of Ford France followed by the Finance Director of Ford of Britain. It was in this role that he came to understand the British Market and issues relating to the Retail Motor Industry. He was also appointed to the board of a Ford owned dealership on the Channel Islands.
He joined the RAA at its inception in January 2005 as the CEO.
Dean Bradford
Group Purchasing Manager
Recently appointed Group Purchasing Manager at the RAA. Dean has been involved in purchasing for 18 years in various industry sectors importing outsourced goods and services from Europe, USA and the Far East. Dean is based centrally in Crawley, and is responsible for co-ordinating supplier relationships for the Retail Automotive Alliance.
